Samsung MM-A940 Arrives on Sprint

Sprint introduced the Samsung MM-A940 multimedia handset today. We have seen commercial and previews for this device floating around for sometime, but now it’s actually available.

The MM-A940 is probably by far Sprints most feature heavy clam shell phone. Its bevy of features includes a 2 megapixel photo option – records motion as well – an MP3 (AAC as well) player, 32mb of memory (upgradable to 512mb via MicroSD), and is CDMA2000 EV-DO compatible. Even its external screen is somewhat high end, sporting 65k colors on a 96×96 pixel screen.

The phone will cost you a pretty penny – $250.

If you like photos – stay clear away from this phone. The camera is terrible! The shutter speed is too slow and all photos wind up a blurs!
Don’t throw your money away – pass on this phone.
