Yeah, I too am starting to tire from the Apples gonna ‘launch this, launch that’ whirlwind.

Yes, it was cool when they released the Nano and quickly overshadowed the crummy ROKR phone. And yes, I enjoyed the release of the Steve Jobs denied-until-he-was-blue-in-the-face Apple iPod Video. But at this point Apple, who hasn’t told anyone what they will be releasing on October 19th in NYC, should just come clean, because if it is the release of the once before speculated Powerbook upgrades then I am sorry, but Apple will lose launch credibility. Not lost or lose it entirely, but if they tried to release yet another product in the next few months, I would probably hit the proverbial ‘snooze’ on the launch alarm clock. Wake me up when its all over and done and then let me know if it’s a cool and noteworthy product, then maybe I will take interest.

I think my apathy partially extends from the unknowing, but to a large degree it’s derived from the “what the hell can they release next” mentality.

Then again I will probably have to do a crap load of back peddling if they release the Apple iPod Phone on Wednesday. How bitter sweet would that be – well at least for me that is.

Hell, who am I kidding. Course I will be eagerly waiting and watching for what’s released next. I have been an Apple fan since I was a kid, and continue to be so until God (my God) knows when.
