Wind Up Cell Phone Charger

So since the previous post offers an alternative source of power for your portable gaming device, I thought it would only be fitting to offer one for your cell phone.

The Sidewinder, from the looks of it, depends on handcranked motion to provide a small charge to your cell phone. The Sidewinder is ideal for situations when you are stranded and you don’t have a socket close by. I imagine I’d keep it in my glove box incase my car died and so did my cell phone. The question of ‘where do I get a compatible plug for my particular phone’ does remain, though. The charger also has a built in LED light.
