High End Touch Screen Watch w/ MSN
Tissot has entered the MSN Spot watch line with a new touch screen device, the Tissot High-T. The watch comes with one free month of MSN ($39.95/year), which can provide you with weather, stock quotes, news, horoscope, and oh yes the quintessential IM (you can only receive). For an additional monthly fee of $20 you can sync your Outlook such that device will notify you of appointments and reminders. The cost of the device is $725, and if you activate at the time of purchase it includes 6 months of service. Other features include a vibrating alert, such that you don’t disrupt the meeting or get a bucket of popcorn on your head, a crystal-sapphire touch screen, and possibly (no official word yet) to design your own back-grounds.
Unfortunately, I can’t really comment on the touch screen because I haven’t used the watch, but I do wonder how much functionality it truly does add?
